You may return any gemstone product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

The return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by our shipping partner.

  • Product is in its original condition and packaging
  • Gemstone has not been modified, damaged, or worn
  • All certificates and documentation included
  • Product received is significantly different from description
  • Product is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Wrong item was shipped

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized gemstone jewelry
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Returns initiated after the 7-day period

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the item using the provided return label
  6. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection

If you're not satisfied with the course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment.

Conditions for Course Refunds

  • Refund request must be made within 14 days of enrollment
  • Less than 30% of course content has been accessed
  • No certificates have been downloaded
  • No previous refund requests for the same course

Non-Refundable Course Enrollments

  • More than 14 days have passed since enrollment
  • More than 30% of the course has been completed
  • Certificate of completion has been issued
  • Course was purchased during a promotional period with "no refund" terms

Refund Processing

Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
  • Dialog Gateway: 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product/course price
  • Original shipping fees (if product was damaged/wrong)

Refund will NOT include:

  • Return shipping costs (unless product was defective)
  • Payment gateway processing fees
  • Currency conversion fees

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@jillzgems.com with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. If the same item is not available, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for a future purchase.
